Greetings on the auspicious occasion of Ashadi Ekadashi!

The students of Parle Tilak Vidyalaya English Medium School (Secondary Section) celebrated Ashadi Ekadashi with great zeal and enthusiasm. The program commenced with our Headmistress, Mrs. Smita Biwalkar, extending her heartfelt wishes to the students on this auspicious occasion. Following this, Mrs. Swati Thakurdesai, our teacher, delivered an insightful speech, acquainting the students with the significance of Ashadi Ekadashi. She eloquently stated:

Following the speech, the school choir group presented a melodious abhang written by Sant Tukaram, titled “ज्ञानियांचा राजा गुरु महाराव |…”. The choir’s performance, under the guidance of our Music Teacher, Mrs. Vrushali Virkar, was captivating and soulful.

The celebration continued with a vibrant Dindi procession. Adorned in traditional attire, the students participated fervently in singing, dancing, and chanting the name of Lord Vitthal in a meticulously organized manner. Devotion filled the air as the procession traversed through the school premises.

We thank our teachers, Mr. Paresh Ipte, Mr. Kalpesh Satra, Mrs. Madhura Dabir, and Miss Diksha Waroshe, for their efforts in making the celebration memorable and spiritually enriching for our students.
