Our Students participated in Juhu Half Marathon
On Sunday, 1st March, the spirited students of Parle Tilak Vidyalaya English Medium School (Secondary Section) enthusiastically participated in the Juhu Half Marathon held at JVPD Ground, Juhu.
The morning began on an energetic note as reporting was completed between 6.00 and 6.15 a.m., and the ground soon came alive with excitement, smiles and a strong sense of team spirit.
The race was flagged off at 6.45 a.m., and the 4 km stretch was confidently covered with determination, discipline and resilience. Each stride reflected preparation, perseverance and the collective spirit that defines PTVIANS.
Constant encouragement was extended by the parents who accompanied the students, whose presence added warmth and reassurance to the experience. The route was efficiently managed by dedicated volunteers, and well-placed water stations ensured comfort and safety throughout the run.
After successfully completing the marathon, a hot breakfast was served and enjoyed together on the ground, bringing the morning to a satisfying close. The event not only promoted physical fitness but also strengthened unity, perseverance and true sportsmanship among our students. It was indeed a novel and memorable experience for all.
