School Council Elections – Head Boy, Head Girl and Commanders of Four Houses

Democracy in Action

Democracy in action was displayed with great enthusiasm, and responsible participation and leadership were once again demonstrated by the students of Parle Tilak Vidyalaya.

On 30th June 2025, the Commandership Elections for the four school houses were successfully conducted. A week prior to this event, the selection process for the Head Boy and Head Girl was completed.

The candidates for these prestigious leadership roles were assessed through a rigorous and comprehensive interview process, conducted by a panel comprising the Headmistress and senior teachers. Evaluation was based on key parameters such as communication skills, leadership potential, and active involvement in school activities.

 

Head Council Appointments (2025–2026)

Head Boy: Master Om Bendre – Class 9-B

Head Girl: Miss Dhwani Mehta – Class 9-D

 

Commandership Elections

The Commandership Elections witnessed enthusiastic participation from students. Out of 1,270 registered voters, 1,150 votes were cast, resulting in an impressive 90% voter turnout. No invalid votes were recorded, and the entire process was conducted in an orderly, fair, and transparent manner.

 

House-wise Election Results

  1. V. Raman House
  • Commander: Sadhavik Pawar – 9-C (125 votes)
  • Vice Commander: Ruturaj More – 9-A (89 votes)

 Premchand House

  • Commander: Shreyan Gaonkar – 9-B (158 votes)
  • Vice Commander: Aditya Poojari – 9-C (80 votes)

Kusumagraj House

  • Commander: Sharvari Agre – 9-B (153 votes)
  • Vice Commander: Gandharva Kumbhar – 9-A (83 votes)
  1. C. Bose House
  • Commander: Divyam Rane – 9-B (168 votes)
  • Vice Commander: Purvasha Singh – 9-B (80 votes)

Congratulations to all the newly elected Commanders, Vice Commanders, Head Boy, and Head Girl as they take on their leadership roles with integrity, inspire their peers, and fulfil their responsibilities with dedication, passion, and commitment.

Heartfelt appreciation was also expressed to the outgoing council members for their valuable contributions to the school’s leadership journey and democratic tradition.
