Sports Achievements: PTV English Medium, Secondary Section

The students of Parle Tilak Vidyalaya English Medium School (Secondary Section) were once again brought honour and pride to the school through their remarkable performances in various prestigious sports competitions held during May and June 2025.
Karate
Outstanding talent was displayed by our young martial artists from Class 6A at the 10th Dhan Bahadur Memorial International Karate Championship, held in Nepal on 25th and 26th May 2025.
A Gold Medal in the Kumite event and a Silver Medal in the Kata event were secured by Master Sharvil Salvi.
At the NSKA International Karate Championship, he was further awarded two Silver Medals in the Kata event.
Miss Tejasvi Mangaonkar was awarded two Gold Medals and one Silver Medal in the Kumite event.
Miss Arya Gawade was honoured with two Gold Medals in the Kata event and a Bronze Medal in the Kumite event.
Their dedication, discipline and hard work were clearly reflected in their achievements. The support of their coaches and mentors was sincerely appreciated.
Badminton
At the Manora Badminton Academy Tournament held at Malabar Hill Club on 21st and 22nd June 2025, the Runner-Up position in the Under-13 Girls Singles category was secured by Tanaya Rane of Class 7A.
Swimming
In the swimming competition conducted at Acres Club on 22nd June 2025, Master Mitansh Surve was awarded:
1st Place in Freestyle
1st Place in Butterfly Stroke
1st Place in Back Stroke
2nd Place in Breast Stroke
These accomplishments were not just measured in medals but were seen as a reflection of the students commitment, passion and the true spirit of sportsmanship.
