Teachers’ Day, a day to celebrate the significant role of teachers in our life.

The students of Parle Tilak Vidyalaya English Medium School (Secondary Section) celebrated Teachers’ Day with great enthusiasm. They organized a unique assembly on September 5th, 2023, to express their gratitude and appreciation for their teachers. The Head Boy and Head Girl for the academic year 2022-23, Ayush Agashe and Madhura Chavan, respectively, took over the school assembly proceedings. They had a thought-provoking and heartfelt dialogue on the significance of teachers in our lives.

Our student, Swaranjali Jankoli, delivered a speech on the occasion, and students Aishwarya Patil and Vaidehi Paranjape paid a musical tribute to the teachers through their beautiful rendition of songs. The class X students took on the role of teachers and taught different classes.

The Parent-Teacher Association members also surprised the teachers with something very special. The teachers were given a ceremonial welcome in the school hall. The program started with Ganesh Vandana, presented by our Headgirl, Sannidhi Nair.

Mangala Gauri Vrat is a festival dedicated to Goddess Mangala Gauri, also known as Goddess Parvati Devi. It is a musical get-together for all family women and friends, which includes dancing, playing games, and reciting Ukhane. The parents beautifully presented all the above activities as an expression of their gratitude towards their teachers.
