A Farewell to Murthy Gauda after his remarkable journey of 20 years with the institution

The farewell party for Mr. Murthy Gauda, a dedicated non-teaching staff member of Parle Tilak Vidyalaya English Medium School Secondary Section, was organised on 30th October, 2023, to bid him a fond farewell after his remarkable 20-year journey with the institution.

The event was a heartfelt tribute to his unwavering dedication and service and a memorable occasion for both Mr. Murthy Gauda and all of us who have worked with him.

The event commenced with a special felicitation ceremony by the Board of Directors of Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association, Shri Dilip Pethe Sir – Secretary and Shri. Hemant Bhatawadekar Sir – Joint Secretary.

Our Headmistress Mrs. Smita Biwalkar, also recognised Mr. Murthy Gauda’s contributions to the school. She presented him with a bouquet and a memento. In their addresses, the Headmistress and the staff members recalled how Mr. Gauda always went beyond the call of duty throughout his tenure. Mr. Murthy Gauda was acknowledged by the staff for his genuine and friendly personality, his popularity among students and his willingness to lend a helping hand.

A soulful tribute to Mr. Gauda was showcased through a visually captivating PowerPoint presentation. The presentation displayed cherished memories within the institution, leaving smiles on everyone’s faces.

A farewell party was arranged by Mr. Murty Gauda which was attended by the Board of Directors and the office bearers of the Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association as well as the present and the past staff members.

As our colleague Murthy Kaka (as we fondly call him) gets ready for a new journey, we would like to tell him:

“Farewell is not the end; it is the beginning of beautiful memories that will be cherished forever.”
