Date: Thursday, 25 June 2026

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Theme: ‘The End of a Beautiful Beginning’

As part of the nationwide Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, an awareness programme was organised to encourage students to make informed choices and lead a healthy, substance-free life.

The programme began with a prayer and an introduction on protecting one’s dreams and future through responsible decisions. An awareness presentation highlighted the physical, emotional and social effects of tobacco, alcohol, drugs and other addictive substances.

The main highlight was the skit ‘The End of a Beautiful Beginning’, written and directed by our teacher and Science Club Advisor Mr Rajendra Sanga. Through effective dialogues and emotional storytelling, it portrayed the harmful impact of addiction on health, relationships, confidence and aspirations.

A reflective interaction, a group recitation on the theme ‘Choose Dreams, Not Drugs’ and the Nasha Mukti Pledge reinforced the message of the campaign.

Students also prepared awareness posters under the guidance of the Science Club advisers, Mrs Smruti Mogrey, Mr Amit Palav and Mr Deepak Patel.

The programme successfully created awareness and encouraged students to adopt healthy habits, resist negative peer influence and contribute towards building a Nasha-Mukt Bharat.
